WHO IS GROUP CAPTAIN FRANKS?
The Man Responsible for Securing the Base
Group Captain Franks is trained to respond to danger quickly. When impossible technology appears inside a secure Air Force facility, he does not have the luxury of assuming it is harmless.
To Franks, Nivek and Leinad are unknown aliens with access to a Power Cell capable of changing the balance of power on Earth. Kevin may know what is truly at stake, but convincing an armed commander in the middle of a crisis is another matter.
Franks is not cruel. He is doing the job he believes will keep everyone safe. Unfortunately, his determination to control the situation places him directly in the path of a damaged ship trying desperately to escape.
